AI Interaction Notice

Last Updated: April 22, 2026

Version: 1.1

1. Introduction

This AI Interaction Notice explains what to expect when you chat with an AI agent powered by LoopHQ (operated by PROXYGIST LLC, doing business as LOOP). Unlike our Terms of Service — which govern the relationship between LoopHQ and our paying customers — this Notice is written for anyone interacting with a Loop agent, whether you are a visitor on a Loop customer’s website, a prospect on loophq.dev, or a user reaching us through a connected messaging channel.

This Notice is informational. It does not create a contract between you and LoopHQ. For binding terms, see our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Who This Applies To

This Notice applies whenever you interact with a Loop agent, including:

  • The chat widget embedded on loophq.dev or on a Loop customer’s website
  • Conversations that reach a Loop agent through a connected Facebook Page
  • Future channels (Instagram DM, WhatsApp, SMS) once they are introduced
  • Any other surface where a Loop-powered agent responds to your messages

3. You’re Talking to AI

When you chat with a Loop agent, you are interacting with software, not a human. Loop agents are configured to identify themselves as AI when asked and are typically labeled in the chat interface (for example, with “AI” appearing in the agent’s name).

A human may join the conversation if the operating business has live-chat handoff enabled and chooses to take over. When that happens, the interface will indicate that a live agent has entered the conversation.

4. Accuracy and Limitations

AI responses can be wrong. Loop agents draw their answers from content provided by the business operating the agent (its uploaded documents, website content, Q&A entries, and configuration). Even with that grounding, AI may produce inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information — particularly about:

  • Pricing and discounts
  • Availability, hours, and inventory
  • Features, integrations, and product capabilities
  • Eligibility, qualification, and policy details
  • Legal, medical, financial, tax, or other regulated subject matter
  • Time-sensitive information that may have changed since the source content was uploaded

Do not rely on a single AI response as the sole basis for decisions that have legal, financial, or health consequences. Verify important information directly with the business through email, phone, or other established channels before acting on it.

5. Not Professional Advice

Conversations with a Loop agent are not a substitute for professional advice. AI responses do not constitute legal, medical, financial, tax, mental health, or any other regulated professional opinion or service. They are not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional, and they do not establish any professional relationship between you and the business operating the agent.

In an emergency, contact emergency services directly (for example, 911 in the United States or 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline). Loop agents are not designed for, and must not be relied on for, emergency response.

6. Pre-Purchase and Pre-Contractual Statements

If you are evaluating LoopHQ as a potential customer, or considering a purchase from a business that operates a Loop agent, statements made by the AI during the conversation are informational only and do not modify, replace, or supersede:

  • Published pricing and plan terms
  • Written contracts and order forms
  • Refund, cancellation, and dispute policies
  • Any terms of service or end-user agreements

If an AI answer conflicts with the published terms or with information you receive in writing from the business, the published terms and written information control. Before completing a purchase or entering a binding agreement, request written confirmation of any term you are relying on.

7. Actions the AI May Take

Depending on how the operating business has configured its agent, a Loop agent may take certain actions on your behalf during the conversation. These can include:

  • Booking real appointments on the business’s calendar
  • Capturing your contact information (name, email, phone) into the business’s lead system or CRM
  • Sharing booking links, documents, or other resources
  • Sending confirmation emails (for example, after a booking)
  • Routing your conversation to a human team member

Any AI-initiated action can be modified or cancelled by contacting the business directly. Confirmation emails for bookings include reschedule and cancel options.

8. Proactive Messages

A Loop agent may send a follow-up message during your conversation if you appear to have stepped away or if the system detects you may need help. These proactive messages are subject to internal frequency limits and are intended to be helpful rather than intrusive. You can stop receiving messages at any time by closing the chat or, on messaging platforms, by following the platform’s standard opt-out process.

9. Conversation Data

Your conversations with a Loop agent are stored to power the AI’s responses, to display the conversation in the operating business’s dashboard, and (in some cases) to produce categorical analytical signals that help the operating business serve you. The business operating the agent acts as the data controller for your conversation data, and LoopHQ acts as the data processor.

You can request deletion of your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy § 10 and § 11 for full details on retention, deletion rights, and the request process.

10. Reporting AI Mistakes

If a Loop agent gave you incorrect or harmful information, please report it. We review reports and, where appropriate, work with the operating business to correct the underlying knowledge base.

Reports can be sent to support@loophq.dev with the subject line “AI mistake report.” Include the website or platform where the conversation took place and a description (or screenshot) of the issue.

11. Talking to a Human

You can ask a Loop agent to connect you with a human at any time. Most Loop agents will route your request to the operating business’s team. If the business does not have live-chat handoff enabled, the agent will collect your contact information and pass it to the team for follow-up.
