Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

1. Our Position

LoopHQ does not sell personal information, and we currently do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We currently do not run ad networks, set retargeting pixels, or share customer or visitor data with third parties for advertising purposes. The third-party service providers we use process data only to help us deliver the Service — see our Sub-Processors page for the full list.

If we ever introduce advertising-related practices (such as retargeting pixels or conversion tracking on loophq.dev), we will update this notice and our Privacy Policy in advance, and we will provide a clear opt-out mechanism for users in jurisdictions that grant that right.

2. What “Sell” and “Share” Mean

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA/CPRA”):

• “Sale” means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.
• “Sharing” means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not for monetary consideration.

LoopHQ does not currently engage in either of those activities, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months.

3. Submitting a Request

Although we do not sell or share personal information, you may still exercise the right to direct us not to sell or share your information at any time. To submit a request, contact us using one of the methods below:

• Email: privacy@loophq.dev with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share — CCPA Request.”
• Mail: PROXYGIST LLC, c/o Privacy Requests, available on request at privacy@loophq.dev.

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension for complex requests as permitted by law.

To process your request, we may need to verify your identity. The verification we ask for will be proportionate to the nature of the request and the sensitivity of the information involved.

4. Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a Do Not Sell or Share request on your behalf. We will require:

• Written authorization signed by you naming the agent, or proof of a valid power of attorney
• Verification of your identity directly with us (unless a power of attorney applies)
• Verification of the agent’s identity

5. No Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. We will not:

• Deny you services
• Charge different prices or rates for services
• Provide a different level or quality of services
• Suggest that you will receive a different price or quality of service

6. Other Privacy Rights

California residents and residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others) also have additional rights including the right to know, delete, correct, and port personal information.
